Pewteresque Finishes

Pewteresque with Nickel (light black patina): A light wash of black colored Patina is applied, which gives the metal a soft grey color. Not much contrast. Top surface is buffed to bring out the Pewteresque color.

Pewteresque with Patina: Heavy application of black patina which gives a bold contrast and accentuates the carved design. Top surface is buffed to bring out the Pewteresque color.

Pewteresque no Patina: The Pewteresque is cleaned and buffed. No patina is applied. Depending on the depth of the design you may get some dark areas.
